I go to Kiley’s school with a certified copy of the restraining order and the child custody order. I have an hour and a half long meeting with the principal. She informs me that the afternoon of January 30 my kids' mother brought the school a copy of an expired restraining order and a custody order that had pages intentionally removed in the effort to keep my kids away from me. 

My kids' mother stooped that low..low enough to falsify court documents to prevent me from picking my daughter up from school. The meeting is successful and I reassure the school that I do have visitation rights. It’s borderline humiliating to tell someone I have “visitation rights” to see my own kids, especially to the principal of my daughter's school. But, it is what it is. I send an email to my kids' mother letting her know I took certified copies of the orders to the school, so she knew she couldn’t continue to use that route to interfere with my visitation. Out of frustration and anger, my kids' mother makes a false police report stating that family members saw me driving by her house. She made these claims because I told her I was at Kiley’s school, which happens to be within a few miles of her house- well, her mother’s house- which I have no desire or reason to want to be near there! Especially knowing what goes on in that house and what my kids are exposed to when they're there, but I guess it's irrelevant. She is trying to get me in violation of the restraining order. Wow. The police show up to my house for questioning. Evidence is provided to show we were no where near her! The police see no further reason to pursue the allegations and leave. They know she’s just trying to cause problems.
