JANUARY 2018

JANUARY 2, 2018

My kids' mother randomly calls me. I have no idea why she even calls.

Phone transcripts:

See.... pointless.

January 5, 2018

Kiley is out of school, which is to be included in my weekend. I show up at the meeting location and she doesn’t show up or call. This is now day 3 that my kids' mother has denied my kids their right to see me. What gives her the right to deny our kids to see their dad?

Random phone call from my kids' mother...AGAIN.... She just won't stop!

My girlfriend was at the courthouse filing a response to the restraining order that my kids' mother requested.  She showed up to the courthouse BEFORE my kids' mother... but yet she claims that my girlfriend is following her?? LOL

JANUARY 9, 2018

My kids' mother has a court hearing for a restraining order on my girlfriend. The judge determines no evidence of danger or harm or any reason to order restraint. I attend the hearing as a witness to the actions my kids' mother made. While in the courtroom she tells a deputy that I am in violation of a restraining order. The deputy is unaware that I am there as a witness, so I am arrested. Upon walking out of the courtroom, my kids' mother turns to my girlfriend and says, “Enjoy fucking my husband!” My girlfriend didn’t reply. She has no reason to. She knows how petty my kids' mother is. My girlfriend doesn’t play games like that. While I am getting handcuffed near the door, my kids' mother walks out the doorway and waits briefly for my girlfriend. She turns to her and says, “Good job getting my husband arrested you dumb bitch!” Again, my girlfriend ignored her. After explanation to the deputy and judge, I am let go. I am uncuffed. I am free. I am not in violation of my restraining order, but told I have to fill out a witness form or verbally inform a deputy prior to court beginning. my kids' mother’s ill-intended plan failed.

JANUARY 10, 2018

She doesn’t show up as ordered. No phone calls, no emails, no texts. By this point, it is clear to me that my kids' mother has no intention on following what few days a month the judge gave me to see my kids.

JANUARY 13, 2018

JANUARY 20, 2018

My kids' mother doesn’t show at location. No calls, no texts, no emails. Nothing. No communication whatsoever. The kids are, yet again, unable to see their dad. Yet again, they are deprived of their right to see me. Yet again, I am deprived of the right to see my kids. This is now day 7 that my kids' mother denied the right for two innocent children to spend time with their father.  She is interfering with the relationship I have with my kids! What mother does this!

JANUARY 23, 2018

I file RFO- Change Child Support. (She lied about her income!)

I file OSC- Contempt. (She continues to keep my kids from me!)

The judge approved the filing of OSC and wrote "authorize 7 counts of contempt" on the front page.

JANUARY 30, 2018

My kids' mother was served with Child Support Modification.

JANUARY 31, 2018

My kids' mother shows up late, not out of the ordinary, but at least she shows up and I get to see my kids, right? Wrong. Again. She shows up but refuses to let me have Mason because she “doesn’t want to let me borrow the car seat.” I hear Mason screaming and crying while she’s driving away. My heart is crushed. Now she’s just trying to find an excuse to keep my kids away from me.

She is served with OSC papers a couple hours later.... (you know, the ones that the judge wrote "Authorize 7 counts of contempt" on...)

I was to pick up Kiley from school at 12:25pm. The school calls and said I am prohibited from doing so and if I show up, law enforcement would be called to escort me off the premises.  See phone transcripts below.

I’m shocked and confused to say the least. I comply and I don’t show up. Guess what? This is another day that my kids' mother has deprived my kids of seeing their dad. This makes day 8 that my kids' mother maliciously kept a father from seeing his kids. Again, what gives her the authority to go against a court order decide when our kids get to see their father? Nothing. It is out of spite and animosity.
